Three key steps to take
1️⃣ Draw a map of all partners, to have a comprehensive overview
(Most project initiators cannot name all their partners!)
2️⃣ Implement regular monitoring of these partners, and take time to ensure that they are still aligned with the project.

- The quality of the products or services provided
- Performance
- Management of various risks
- Respect for proper working conditions of partners, especially abroad
- Adherence to the initial commitments and alignment with the startup goals
3️⃣ Engage and raise awareness among partners about the startup's mission, needs, and values.
